Ayshea Christian is Lovewell Blake's Human Resources Manager, leading a professional, forward-thinking and dynamic department who won the Award of Best HR Department in the 2003 Norfolk Recruitment Awards. The department provides a key service to the firm and a Consultancy for Lovewell Blake's clients. Her role covers every aspect of employment including resourcing, training and development, health and safety, employee relations, performance management and organisational development.
Ayshea's 10 years' plus experience in HR has encompassed the insurance, stationery and housing sectors. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of The Institute of Leadership and Management, and Associate of the Chartered Management Institute. On behalf of Lovewell Blake, Ayshea hosts a number of client seminars which cover topical employment law issues.
Ayshea’s personal interests lie mainly in the arts, including amateur dramatics, clarinet, guitar and singing!
