Our first office opened at Hall Quay, Great Yarmouth 150 years ago in 1858. Our new offices on North Quay opened in 1998 demonstrating our faith in this town and its economy. As part of the Great Yarmouth Gateway Improvement Strategy our development brought a prominent derelict site back into productive use, enhancing the environmental and economic prosperity of the area.
The office houses 4 partners, 6 managers and 44 other members of staff serving the local economy. We are sponsors of the Great Yarmouth Business Advisory Service and the annual Great Yarmouth Business Awards.
Great Yarmouth is not only an important tourism centre, close to the Norfolk Broads, it is the third largest resort area in the country. It is also a thriving port, with a strong manufacturing base, and a major service centre for the southern sector of UK North Sea gas fields.
Just 100 miles from mainland Europe, Great Yarmouth is ideally placed for the continued development of established trading links with Northern Europe and the Baltic. The A47, from the A1 to Great Yarmouth, is included in the European Union’s Trans European Road Network proposals.
There are five main industrial estates and a prestige 34 hectare business park at South Gorleston under development. |
