After graduating Simon joined Lovewell Blake in 1983. He qualified as a chartered accountant whilst in the audit department but shortly afterwards transferred to head up the taxation department. He became a partner in 1999 and whilst having an interest in all aspects of taxation, he still has a general client portfolio with quite a number of clients in London and the surrounding areas.
Simon has continued to increase time spent on lecturing in taxation and planning matters and has recently, in conjunction with an independent financial adviser, obtained a contract to lecture to Diplomatic staff at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
