Banham Graham merged with Lovewell Blake on 1 October 2011. The negotiations were conducted through out in an air of excitement, as to what the merger would bring to both parties and their clients.  The strengths that Banham Graham brings are in business advisory services and particularly support for small businesses, owner-managed firms and start-ups. This was a focal point of the Banham Graham practise which had been the central driving force of its growth. 

However, success brings different challenges and in order to be able to develop further the services that small and owner managed businesses need, in these challenging economic times, at a cost effective price, additional resources were needed. Lovewell Blake’s structure, which is focused on developing specialism’s, there by enabling clients to benefit from being able to draw on high level expertise, was the perfect match.

 The Lovewell Blake brand has always been driven by striving to service the needs of its clients and ensuring they always have access to the best possible advice available. This culture had also been the driving force of Banham Graham, and quickly became the main focal point of the merger. Banham Graham's private clients will benefit from having perhaps the most comprehensive local tax advisory services available to them.  

As Banham Graham grew more and more partner time was being taken up with running the business. The merger has allowed the Banham Graham partners to return to being more client focused.
