Neil joined Lovewell Blake in 1996 and qualified in 1997. Following three years in the Corporate Services group he joined the Corporate Finance team.
Neil also holds The Institute of Chartered Accountants Corporate Finance qualification and in 2008 completed a Post Graduate course in family business advice at The University of Gloucestershire.
Neil works closely with business owners and business managers in developing their business acquisition, divestment or succession strategies. Neil leads the implementation of this process, often managing a group of specialist advisers and lawyers, in providing strategic advice on company disposals, company acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, reorganisations, venture capital, due diligence and commercial valuations.
Neil has long standing relationships and significant transaction experience in venture capital and private equity, working with national and regional venture capitalists and private investor groups.
