James joined Lovewell Blake in 2011 as a result of the firm's merger with Banham Graham. He has spent the last twenty years acquiring skills to support SMEs in developing their businesses to their satisfaction. James holds the Institute's Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance, has specialised in facilitating strategic planning for SMEs and is a fully trained coach. James is passionate in his belief that business success is a process, not a one-off event, and that those businesses that plan for what they want are far more likely to achieve their goals.
It's not often I find time or indeed receive service that merits me to put pen to paper or in this case finger to keyboard. However, I feel that the time we spent together formulating my Strategic Plan for the future of Kerrys Flooring Ltd, myself and my staff, to have been a most rewarding experience.
I soon realised during our meeting that the future and aspirations I had in mind just needed breaking down into the vital areas of where I am now, where I want to be and how I'm going to get there. The secret to this of course, is having it all written down in a document that can be referred to, changed, updated, and of course, I refer to my Strategic Planning Toolkit.
This document has a very professional lay out but is very easy to understand (not bad for an accountant!), I refer to it regularly and have already made a number of strategic changes to my work based on the information I have written down.
