  • Disposal of Acorn Planting Products Limited
  • Fundraising for D & F McCarthy Limited to facilitate the construction of multi-million pound distribution facility
  • Acquisition of Knowlden Titlow Insurance Brokers
  • Management buy out of Creative Displays (UK) Limited
  • Management buy out of Alicat Workboats
