My role
I'm the HR Manager for the firm, based in our Norwich office. I support colleagues and clients across all offices of the firm and my role includes all aspects of HR, employee relations and internal health and safety. I advise clients on employment matters as part of the HR Consultancy service, offering a commercial view on HR best practice and employment legislation, part of this includes regular HR Masterclasses we put on throughout the year.
About me
I graduated from the UEA, Norwich Business School with a 2:1 in Business Management and went on to complete my level 7 CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management with the firm in 2014. In my spare time, I am on the organising committee of the Gorleston Clifftop Festival and hold the role of Event Manager. When I'm not working or organising the festival you will normally find me watching Disney movies on repeat with my young daughter; another past-time of ours is dancing around the kitchen to George Ezra (she has a good taste in music!).
