Mark Fitch
Mark Fitch is a partner at Hatch Brenner LLP, Solicitors of Norwich and has been with them for 20 years. He specialises in various forms of litigation, including contested probate claims, property disputes and professional negligence. From 2005, he has also been a civil and commercial mediator. He is registered with the Civil Mediation Council and has the ranking of “elite mediator” with the national database Clerksroom. He has conducted over 75 mediations, ranging from small claims to those valued in excess of £1m. More recently, he has trained and worked as a Mediator in the Workplace, helping employers with internal employee relations. Assignments have taken him overseas and have involved very high ranking individuals as well as smaller operations closer to home.
