Our apprentices will study for either the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) or Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualifications via our comprehensive study package, whilst at the same time receiving extensive on the job training from colleagues and managers. Our study package includes:

  • All course, registration and membership costs paid by the firm

  • Paid study leave to attend the training provider for study days and exams

  • Relevant on the job training to complement the theory

  • Internal technical training courses to develop your technical skills

As well as being paid well above the apprenticeship national minimum wage you will also receive enhanced holiday entitlement, free car parking, life assurance, enhanced sick pay and a day on full pay to volunteer for a good-cause of your choice as part of our corporate social responsibility policy.

Imogen joined our Norwich office as a trainee after studying Maths, English and Psychology at A-Level. The variety that the accountancy profession offers made it very appealing to her and she was drawn to Lovewell Blake’s strapline of ‘Different because you are’, as she knew she would be treated as an individual just like our clients are.
