Responding to the coronavirus (Covid-19)

Following the escalation of the COVID-19 Virus in recent days and expected continuation of measures nationally to limit the spread of the virus, we have been implementing specific measures across our offices to ensure that our staff remain safe and the service we provide to our clients is as unaffected as possible.
The health of our staff, clients and wider stakeholders is of maximum importance to Lovewell Blake. The Partners are monitoring developments closely and we will be following guidelines issued by the Department of Health and wider Governmental recommendations over the coming weeks and months. This includes ensuring our staff take a pro-active approach to personal hygiene, restricting international travel and placing any Partners or staff showing signs of infection into self-isolation.
As of today, our staff are being given guidance to make home working a viable option for them including remote, secure access to our servers and technology which allows telephone calls to be answered via home working IT. Our IT and HR teams are working to ensure safe working environments are available for all members of staff as well as working hard to ensure that this is a smooth transition resulting in minimal impact to our clients. Our staff have been given home working options and as such we now have a number of Partners and staff working from home.
We are working to ensure all office switchboards are staffed, however it may be sensible to email or call Partners on their mobile in the first instance. We also have fully integrated video conferencing capabilities which can be accessed via laptop, PC or smartphone. We are confident that the measures we have in place will result in minimum disruption to our services.
