Trainee opportunities for school and college leavers, and university graduates

We offer a range of opportunities for college and university leavers to join us here at Lovewell Blake across all of our teams. Lovewell Blake has built an industry leading reputation for its apprenticeship and graduate schemes, recruiting up to 20 college leavers and graduates on an annual basis. We are proud to have been named as one of the top 100 UK employers for School and College Leavers every year for the last three years.

We hold the following training accreditations:

  • ACCA gold approved trainer
  • AAT accredited employer
  • ICAEW authorised training employer

Our traineeships and apprenticeships will see you embarking on a professional qualification, as well as gaining hands on technical experience. We will fully support you through our study package which includes paid time out of the office to attend training with your course provider as well as paid study leave prior to exams. At the same time, you will be gaining invaluable experience at one of our offices, allowing you to put into practice the theory you are learning as part of your studies.

Our trainee programme opens each Autumn for applications to start your training the following Summer. The vacancies will be listed on our current vacancy page when open.

If you have any questions in the meantime please contact the HR team.

You can also read about the first few months as a trainee here.

Work Experience

We offer work experience placements to school, college and university students across all of our main offices.

If you are interested in undertaking a week's work experience with us you will need to email our HR team your CV, covering letter and the below consent form. It is important you detail which office you can attend and the dates you are available.

Our work experience placements are very popular so its important to be organised and apply for your placements in September/October the year before you wish to do work experience so you don't miss out.
