Our TIC renewals process is being undertaken electronically this year due to the COVID-19 emergency and difficulties in effectively using postal options. Below you can find our new policy document, some example claims and FAQ's.
To renew your policy please make the required renewal payment as set out in your renewal email to our specified bank account via BACS. Alternately you can send a cheque to our Great Yarmouth office by post. BACS payment is preferable please.
Once your payment has been received you will receive conformation of cover and a summary of service in the normal way.
