Charity Alert – Annual Return Filing

Most charities have been invited to sign up for this service already, and we would advise charities to check emails sent to the current charity contacts to ensure this has happened.

Charities should be aware that after Friday 28 July they will no longer be able to file annual returns through the existing system.

The Annual Return for 2023 (March 2023 year ends onwards) is available via your charity’s My Charity Commission Account. Please note that if your accountant usually files your return for you, you will need to grant them third party access.
