Each summer we have a cohort of graduates join us across the accountancy and audit functions to start their journey to become fully qualified chartered accountants. Occasionally we will have graduate tax opportunities too. If you have graduated, or are expecting to graduate, with at least a 2:2 degree and have the equivalent of say two A Level qualifications at C and above then read on to find out more about our opportunities and how to apply.
Our graduates study for the Association of Charted Accountants (ACA) qualification via our comprehensive study package, whilst at the same time receiving extensive on the job training from colleagues and managers. Our study package includes:
-
All course, registration and membership costs paid by the firm
-
Paid study leave to attend the training provider for study days and exams
-
Relevant on the job training to complement the theory
-
Internal technical training courses to develop your technical skills
More information about the qualification can be found on the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales website.
All our students are fully supported by our student training team. Rebecca (accounts and audit) is on hand for any queries which arise and provide help and practical guidance on anything related to studying. Rebecca works closely with HR and the training provider to ensure students can reach their potential.
During your training you’ll have regular discussions about your progress and your career aspirations but the support doesn’t stop once you’ve qualified. Our newly qualified employees are provided with ongoing continuous professional development and technical training updates as well as being coached through deciding what their next steps are. To find out more about what will happen after you have completed your studies check out all the information available on our experienced hires pages.
