If, at any time, you would like to discuss with us how our service to you could be improved or if you are dissatisfied with the service that you are receiving, please let us know by telephoning or writing to the partner dealing with your affairs.
We commit to look at any complaint carefully and promptly and do all we can to explain the position to you. If we have given you a less than satisfactory service we undertake to do everything reasonable to put it right.
If you feel that your complaint is not properly addressed or it you consider that the partner responsible for your affairs is not appropriate for the initial contact, please contact our managing partner or senior partner.
You, of course, retain the right to take up matters concerning the conduct of Andrew Turner as an Insolvency Practitioner with the Insolvency Practitioner Complaints Gateway operated by the Insolvency Service if you are dissatisfied by our response to your complaint.

Licensing Body
Andrew John Turner, FCCA, is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("ACCA") and until 31 December 2019 was also licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the United Kingdom by the ACCA.
From 1 January 2020 Andrew John Turner became, and currently is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the United Kingdom by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales ("ICAEW"). Accordingly he is now subject to the regulatory regime of the ICAEW in relation to his work as an Insolvency Practitioner. The advice given and our conduct during the course of this work will be in line with the current best practice and our understanding of the legislation at the time that the work is undertaken. Ethics
