Our culture and values are an important part of life at LB. They reflect how we interact with our clients and with our colleagues and guide our decisions that affect employees and our working practices.
Corporate Social Responsibility and the Lovewell Blake Community Fund
It’s not all about the service we provide clients, we understand the importance of supporting our local communities and good causes which are close to our employees too. Read about our giving to see just what support we offer. We host a monthly dress down day to raise money for the Lovewell Blake Community Fund and we will always get involved with national fundraising days too like Macmillan coffee mornings, Wear It Pink and Christmas Jumper Day.
Wellbeing
We have an expansive and dedicated approach to our employees’ wellbeing. Trained mental health first aiders are located in each office alongside wellbeing champions who form the wellbeing committee. Little perks like fresh fruit in the office to start the week off right and care packages are complemented by our Employee Assistance Programme that employees can access 24/7. All managers and partners are being trained in how to manage employee wellbeing and monthly initiatives are rolled out across the offices.
Our staff survey results show the ratings of the firm’s commitment to wellbeing have increased year on year. We know you can’t look after our clients if we don’t look after you.
