My role
I'm an HR Adviser based in our Norwich office. I provide support to Managers and Staff across all of our offices with employee relations matters. I am one of the Firms’ mental health first aiders and I also co-ordinate the wellbeing initiatives. As part of the HR Consultancyservice I also provide advice to clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, including contracts of employment, policies and procedures, family friendly leave, discipline and grievance issues, performance and sickness absence management and redundancy/restructure.
About me
I graduated with a 2:1 in Business Management in 2010 and have also completed my Level 5 CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, exploring the Norfolk countryside and all things food related.
